How we work

Every engagement starts the same way: a conversation. We work out where you are, what you need, and whether we are the right fit.

Talk

A 30-minute conversation about what is actually slowing your team down. No slides, no sales pitch. Free, and it stays free until the work needs us inside your systems.

Assessment

The AI-stöðumat: we look at your systems with you, talk to the people who will use it, and write it up. We ask where a number proving it worked would come from: your time tracking, your invoices, your version control, not a feeling. You get a plan with a baseline, not a vague proposal. From 250,000 kr, and 100,000 comes off the next phase.

Deliver

Training, integration, agents: whichever fits. We name at least one thing that does not need AI, because that is usually true. You see results before we move to the next step.

Follow-up

We come back and re-measure the same tasks against the baseline. If no baseline was captured we say so and claim nothing: “saves X hours” is a measured claim, not marketing.
