GoFlowtics started the way most AI companies don't — with every free hour spent building. Connecting calendars, email and business tools; working out what holds up in a real business versus what only makes a good demo. Sometimes sixteen hours a day, to find where the line was.

Claude was the turning point. Better results, and a better grasp of what was actually being asked. It became the model we specialised in.

GoFlowtics exists because the same pattern kept repeating: businesses hear about AI, get excited, try a few things, and nothing sticks. The problem was never the technology. Nobody had shown them how to use it on their actual work, and they had no time to keep pace with it themselves. Not party tricks. Real workflows.

So we started with training. Claude á Íslandi became Iceland's first dedicated Claude seminar series, because the courses on offer taught a fraction of what these tools can do. Every session has sold out. From there companies started asking for help integrating AI into their operations — email, documents, internal processes. That became Tier 2.

Now we are building the top rung: the agent layer on the client's own Claude subscription, with the structure underneath in plain text that belongs to them. We deploy the fridges, we do not sell the coke.

We are not building the next foundation model. We take the best tool for the job — Claude by default, because today it is the best tool — and make it useful inside a real business. Every engagement starts with understanding the problem. No AI is proposed until we know exactly what it solves.

A worse model with better context beats a better model with no context. That is why the structure comes first and the tools come second, and why what you buy this year still works next year.
