I got into AI the way most people don't — by spending every free hour building with it. Connecting calendars, email, business tools, figuring out what actually works for my own business versus what makes a good demo. Sometimes 16 hours a day, just because I wanted to see what was possible.

Then I found Claude, and it was different. Better results, better understanding of what I was trying to do. I stopped using anything else.

I built GoFlowtics because I kept seeing the same pattern: businesses hear about AI, get excited, try a few things, and then nothing sticks. The problem isn't the technology — it's that nobody showed them how to use it on their actual work. Not party tricks. Real workflows.

So I started with training. Claude á Íslandi became Iceland's first dedicated Claude seminar series. The first three sessions sold out in days. From there, companies started asking for help integrating AI into their operations — email, documents, internal processes. That became Tier 2.

Now I'm building Tier 3: managed AI infrastructure on AWS Bedrock and Vertex AI, so businesses can run AI systems without managing the plumbing. We deploy the fridges, not sell the coke.

We're not building the next foundation model yet. We take the best models available — Claude, open-source alternatives — and make them useful inside real businesses. Every engagement starts with understanding the problem. No AI is proposed until we know exactly what it solves.
