A short overview of the data this site uses, and why.

Who is responsible

What we use and why

Visit counting

Vercel counts visits and measures how fast the site loads. It uses no cookies and does not recognise you again.

Analytics, if you accept

Google Analytics shows us which pages are viewed and what works, for example whether people book a call.

Advertising, if you accept

The Meta pixel and Google tell us whether our ads bring visits and bookings. Google and Meta may also use the visit to tailor ads to you.

Booking a call (Calendly)

When you book a call you enter your name and email so we can hold the meeting, which takes place on Google Meet. If you have accepted cookies, we record that a call was booked, without your name or email.

Follow-up workshop interest list (Tally)

You enter your name and email and, if you like, your company and what you want to build. We let you know when a date is set. No newsletter.

Buying a course (Moment)

Tickets are sold on tickets.moment.is, on the vivenu ticketing system, with Moment's own payment and cookie banner. We receive the buyer's name and email to run the course and issue certificates. If you accept marketing cookies there, our measurement shows the purchase and amount, not who bought.

Cookies

The banner at the bottom of the site asks on your first visit.

  • Accept: Google Analytics and the Meta pixel load, for analytics and advertising.
  • Decline: nothing from Google or Meta loads. Vercel still counts the visit, without cookies.

You can change your mind any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the site.

The Calendly booking calendar and the Tally form load directly from them when you open the page they are on, and use their own cookies.

The site also remembers your language and appearance choices, in your browser.

Who is involved

These companies process data for the site, each under its own terms.

  • Vercel: hosting and visit counting.
  • Google: analytics and advertising, plus calendar and Google Meet for calls.
  • Meta: advertising.
  • Calendly: call bookings.
  • Tally: the interest list.
  • Moment and vivenu: ticket sales.

Data outside the EEA

Google, Meta, Calendly and Vercel are US companies, so data may be processed in the United States.

How long

  • Your cookie choice: until you change it.
  • Your language choice: until you close the browser.
  • Google Analytics: per our retention setting there.
  • Others: under their own terms.

Your rights

You can always ask what information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time.
